Each creation is designed and finished by hand .

3. Confirmation and start of production
Once the project has been approved, the jewel goes into production.
A custom creation takes 2–8 weeks , depending on:
- project complexity
- selected materials
- availability of stones
- manual finishing
We do not carry out urgent work: a unique piece requires its time .
Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges , except for manufacturing defects. This is part of the nature of a unique piece created to order.

- a final confirmation to be approved to ensure full transparency.

Take Care
A MeVoy jewel is a blend of living materials: silk and precious metal. Small daily gestures are the secret to preserving its beauty and shine over time.
Humidity and chemicals can oxidize precious finishes and permanently stain silk.
We recommend wearing your jewelry only after applying perfume, creams, or hairspray, waiting for them to be completely absorbed by the skin.
Always remove it before showers, bathing in the sea, swimming pool or sports activities.
The main enemy of shine is rubbing. When not wearing it, always store your jewelry in its original soft case.
This prevents surface scratches caused by contact with other metals and protects the silk from dust, direct light and possible accidental stretch marks.
To revive the shine of metal parts, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth (such as a microfiber cloth for jewelry), without using harsh detergents or brushes.
For silk items, avoid home washing: in case of stains, rely exclusively on laundries specialized in treating fine fabrics.

We craft your jewelry in gold (yellow, rose, or white) or other noble alloys upon request. Each metal is selected to complement the shapes and volumes of the original design.

We offer a selection of precious and semi-precious gemstones. Options are presented based on desired color, brightness, and budget.
Engravings
Initials, symbols, dates, micro-messages.
Always discreet, always studied on the geometries of the jewel.
Micro-variants of the design
When the structure allows it, we can modify curvatures, proportions and internal details, ensuring aesthetics, balance and durability.

Not at the moment. Silk can't be altered without compromising its quality, but it's possible to match a personalized piece of jewelry to your favorite twilly.
For all customizations , full payment is required upon project confirmation .

Gold, stones and engravings are purchased and prepared exclusively for you and cannot be reused in other creations.
Advance payment guarantees immediate production, pre-ordering of selected materials, and priority processing in the lab.
