Yes. We strive to represent each product as faithfully as possible, but silk is alive with natural reflections.
The perception of color can vary depending on the lighting in the shot, the screen used to view the images, and the very nature of the fabric. Slight variations in shade should be considered normal and are part of silk's living character.
We recommend professional treatment only at laundries or dry cleaners specializing in the care of delicate fabrics.
Silk must not be machine washed, soaked in water, or treated with household detergents. To preserve its softness, sheen, and color, always specify that it is 100% silk.

MeSilk items can be ironed very gently, at a low temperature, always using a protective cloth between the iron and the silk and avoiding direct steam.
For accessories with volume, bows, internal elastic, fringes, or structural details, such as Scrunchies or future silk creations, we recommend avoiding direct ironing and relying on professional treatment when necessary.
Store silk in a dry place, away from direct light, humidity, and heat sources.
MeSilk can be stored flat or gently rolled up. Voluminous accessories, such as Scrunchies, should not be compressed under heavy objects, to preserve their shape, softness, and structure.
Yes. Perfumes, creams, sprays, hairsprays, oils, cosmetics, and alcohol-based substances can alter or stain silk.
We recommend applying them before wearing the product and waiting until they are completely dry or absorbed.
Do not rub, do not wet, and do not use household detergents.
Blotting or treating the stain improperly could set it or damage the fiber. Contact a specialist dry cleaner as soon as possible, stating the type of stain and specifying that the fabric is silk.
Yes. All MeVoy silk accessories share the same essential care, but some details require specific attention.
A MeSilk should be stored flat or gently rolled. A Scrunchie should be removed without pulling the bow or the ends and stored without crushing it. Any products with fringes, hems, or structural details should be handled with the same care for their shape as for the fabric.

MeSilk is the MeVoy silk accessory: a silk ribbon reinterpreted through the brand’s language.
It was created as a versatile, lightweight, and transformable gesture. It can be worn on its own or together with an Embrace, the MeVoy jewel, to bring the Gioiello di seta to life.
MeSilk was created to accompany the personal expression of the person wearing it. It can become:

Yes. MeSilk can also be worn on its own, in an essential, lightweight, and immediate way.

The Scrunchie MeVoy can be worn in your hair or on your wrist, as a small silk accent.

However, hold and comfort depend on your hair type, the volume of your ponytail, and how the Scrunchie is worn. We recommend always removing it gently, without pulling the bow, the ends, or the fabric.
Gioiello di Seta
The Gioiello di seta is the meeting point between MeSilk and Embrace.
MeSilk is the silk. Embrace is the jewel. Together, they create a new, modular, transformable accessory, designed to be worn in different ways and to give the knot a more precious, structured, and distinctive presence.
To create the Gioiello di seta, insert the MeSilk into the Embrace, wrap the silk using the gesture you prefer, and secure the knot where desired.
The Embrace complements the silk, defines its drape, and transforms the knot into a jewelry detail.

You can choose the silk first, then add the jewel, or create your Gioiello di seta directly by choosing the combination that best reflects your style.

All MeVoy jewelry is made of 925 silver with high-thickness finishes. At MeVoy, we use deposits above the market standard, designed to maintain color, brightness, and definition over time, even with frequent use.
The gold-finish versions feature 18 kt vermeil gold plating, while the silver-finish versions are in pure silver.
Yes. All Embrace are made of nickel-free 925 silver, also suitable for those with sensitivities or allergies to common metals

Orders are prepared within 24/48 working hours. Delivery takes on average:

During holiday periods or times of high demand, slight delays may occur, but on our end we guarantee the fastest possible processing.
In Italy, shipping is free for all orders over 120,00 euro. Below this threshold, shipping costs 7,00 euro.

Warranty and support
Yes. Products sold by MeVoy to consumers are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, as provided for by the applicable legislation. The guarantee covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery or that appear within the statutory period.
The legal warranty does not cover, among other cases:
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by water, perfumes, cosmetics, detergents, or chemical substances;
- accidental damage, impacts, or tears;
- improper use;
- failure to follow care and storage instructions.
If the issue is covered by the legal warranty, we will provide, as appropriate and in accordance with the law, repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Each customization is assessed and created by our artisan workshops.
At the moment, we do not offer a standard customization service for silk products.
