MeVoy customizations are created for those who want something personal, one of a kind, built around an idea.
We can start from a MeVoy creation to make unique, or from a completely new request: solid gold, diamonds, precious stones, engravings, bespoke proportions, symbolic details, or modifications designed for the person who will wear it.
Each project is assessed and developed with careful attention to the material, the light, wearability, and aesthetic coherence. From the initial idea to the technical proposal, through to handcrafted production.

01 Tell us your idea
It can be a stone to highlight, an engraving, a modification to a MeVoy piece of jewelry, a request in solid gold, diamonds, or precious stones, or a completely new project.
There is no need to come with a fully defined project already in mind: an intuition, a symbol, an occasion, or the desire to create something with personal meaning can be enough.
02 Get a dedicated offer
We analyze feasibility, materials, proportions, timing, and aesthetic consistency. If the project is feasible, we prepare a tailored proposal.

03 Processing times
Each custom piece requires different timeframes, because it depends on the complexity of the project, the materials chosen, the availability of the stones, and the type of craftsmanship required.
In general, a custom creation can take from 2 to 8 weeks. Complex projects, gold pieces, diamonds, precious stones, or special craftsmanship may require longer timeframes.
A one-of-a-kind piece takes time: we prefer to work with precision, without rushing the essential steps.
04 Prices and payment
The price is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project, the material, the stones, the technical complexity, and the production time.
After the initial evaluation, you will receive a dedicated quote. To start production, a deposit or advance payment in full may be required, depending on the nature of the project.
Customizations are carried out only after explicit confirmation of the final proposal.
05 returns and exchanges
Personalized products are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the approved proposal.
Before production begins, you will receive a clear proposal including materials, details, any draft or preview, and a quote. Final confirmation ensures full transparency before production.

Not at the moment. Silk cannot be altered without compromising its quality, but it is possible to pair a custom piece of jewelry with your reference silk ribbon.
