Refund Policy

At MeVoy we believe that every experience should reflect the quality of our products. This is why we have defined a return policy that is clear, transparent and compliant with European legislation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This policy recognizes consumers the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide reasons, in accordance with the applicable European legislation.
To be eligible for return, the item must:

• be in the same condition in which it was received;
• not have been worn or used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning;
• be complete with original tags, packaging and accessories;
• be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to evaluate any decrease in value of the product if the item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To initiate a return request, contact us at info@mevoy.eu, indicating your order number.
Once we have received your request, we will provide you with operational instructions to proceed with the return.
We invite you not to send any item without first receiving the operating instructions from MeVoy, so as to ensure correct management of the return. Returns sent without prior communication may not be handled correctly or may be subject to delays in processing, without prejudice to the rights recognized to the consumer by applicable legislation.

RETURN COSTS

In case of voluntary withdrawal, the direct costs of return are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated on the site or specific promotions.
The return must be carried out following the operating instructions provided by MeVoy. The customer is responsible for return shipping until the product is delivered to MeVoy. We recommend using a trackable service.
In the event of a product arriving damaged, defective or not compliant with the order, the costs necessary for the return, replacement or other solution required by law will be borne by MeVoy, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Return shipping costs incurred independently by the customer without prior communication and operating instructions from MeVoy will not be refunded, except as required by applicable law.

PRODUCTS NOT SUITABLE FOR RETURNS

It is not possible to return items that are personalized or made on request, except in cases provided for by law.
If you have any doubts about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

GIFT CARD

MeVoy Gift Card are issued in digital format and can be used exclusively on mevoy.eu.
The MeVoy Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can also be used in multiple orders, until the available balance is exhausted.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by applicable law.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND PROBLEMS

We invite you to check your order upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged, defective or non-compliant product, contact us as soon as possible at info@mevoy.eu, attaching:

• product photos;
• photo of the packaging;
• order number;
• a brief description of the problem.

Timely communication allows us to intervene quickly and offer you an appropriate solution.
In any case, the consumer's rights provided for by the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.

SUBSTITUTIONS

To obtain a different product, we recommend that you proceed with the return of the original item and, once accepted, place a new order.
In the event of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, we invite you to contact us before placing a new order, so as to evaluate the most appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and verified, we will inform you of the outcome of the request.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method, according to the technical deadlines of the payment provider used.
In the event of withdrawal exercised within the established terms, the refund will include the price of the product and, where applicable, the standard delivery costs initially incurred by the customer. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard method offered by MeVoy will not be refunded.
The refund may be withheld until the returned product is received or until the customer has provided proof that the return has been shipped, as required by applicable law.
Any direct return costs incurred by the customer in the event of voluntary withdrawal will not be refunded, unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law.
