At MeVoy, we believe that every experience should reflect the quality of our products. For this reason, we have established a clear, transparent returns policy compliant with European legislation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
This commercial policy extends the minimum period provided for by European regulations, which grants consumers the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without any obligation to provide reasons.
To be eligible for return, the item must:
- be in the same condition in which it was received;
- not have been worn or used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning;
- be complete with original tags, packaging, and accessories;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to assess any reduction in the product's value if the item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To submit a return request, contact us at info@mevoy.eu, stating your order number.
Once the request has been approved, we will provide you with the operational instructions to proceed with the return.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN COSTS
In the case of voluntary withdrawal, the direct return costs shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated on the website or in specific promotions.
The return must be made through a procedure authorised by MeVoy. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until the product is delivered to MeVoy. We recommend using a trackable service.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the order, the costs necessary for its return, replacement, or any other remedy provided by law will be borne by MeVoy, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Return shipping costs incurred independently by the customer without prior authorisation from MeVoy will not be reimbursed, except as provided by applicable law.

Returns cannot be made for personalized items or items made to order, except where provided by law.

GIFT CARD
Gift Card MeVoy are issued in digital format and can only be used on mevoy.eu.
The Gift Card MeVoy is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can also be used for multiple orders, until the available balance is exhausted.
Gift Cards cannot be converted into cash and are not refundable in cash, except as provided by applicable law.
DAMAGE, DEFECTS, AND ISSUES
Please check your order upon delivery.
If a product is damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the order, contact us as soon as possible at info@mevoy.eu, attaching:
- product photo;
- packaging photo;
- order number;
- a brief description of the issue.
Prompt communication allows us to act quickly and offer you an appropriate solution.
In any case, the consumer rights provided for by the legal warranty of conformity remain unaffected.
EXCHANGES
To obtain a different product, we recommend returning the original item and, once accepted, placing a new order.
In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, we invite you instead to contact us before placing a new order, so that we can assess the most appropriate solution.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been received and verified, we will inform you of the outcome of the request.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, according to the technical processing times of the payment provider used.
Any direct return costs borne by the customer in the event of voluntary withdrawal will not be refunded, unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law.
