Processing times
Each customization requires different times, because it depends on the complexity of the project, the materials chosen, the availability of the stones and the type of workmanship required.
In general, a personalized creation can take from 2 to 8 weeks. Complex projects, pieces in gold, diamonds, precious stones or particular processes may require longer times.
Special projects for boutiques, hotels or companies may require different times based on quantities, graphic development, materials and production.
A unique piece requires its time: we prefer to work with precision, without forcing the essential steps.

Prices and payment
The price is defined on a case-by-case basis, based on the project, material, stones, technical complexity and processing time.
After the initial evaluation you will receive a dedicated quote. To start production, a deposit or advance payment may be required, depending on the nature of the project.
Customizations are made only after explicit confirmation of the final proposal.

Returns and exchanges
Customized products are made on request and do not include returns or exchanges, except for production defects or non-conformity with the approved proposal.
Before starting processing you will receive a clear proposal, with materials, details, any draft or preview and estimate. The final confirmation is to ensure full transparency before production.

For private customers we do not modify MeSilk already produced, because silk cannot be altered without compromising quality, printing and finishing.

Full payment is required upon confirmation of the project.
