Silk is a natural fibre, alive and precious. A few essential attentions are all it needs to keep its softness and the brilliance of its colours intact over time.
Silk is extremely sensitive to moisture and to alcohol-based agents. Put your MeSilk on only once perfume, hairspray or creams have been fully absorbed by the skin.
Avoid direct contact with rain and water, which could leave marks or dull the fibre.
After wearing, always untie it so the fibres can relax. Do not leave it knotted.
To keep it at its best and avoid sharp creases, store it flat or loosely rolled on itself, ideally away from direct sunlight, which could alter its pigments.
Never wash the MeSilk in water and never use a domestic washing machine. To remove any stains or simply to refresh the fabric, rely exclusively on a dry cleaner specialising in dry cleaning, specifying that it is 100% fine silk.
